Welcome to Big Belly Bagel

Big Belly Bagel is the brainchild of Eric Cassidy, a seasoned entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the food industry. After successfully running a food truck, Eric faced the challenge of closing it due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This unexpected turn prompted him to pivot and open a sandwich shop at the Singin gas station on Route 166 in Toms River, NJ, where he crafted his signature oversized sandwiches for the community.

Knowing this setup was temporary, Eric was on the lookout for a more permanent home for his delicious creations. The opportunity arose when he took over a bagel shop in Brick Town, NJ. To bring his vision to life, he launched Big Belly Bagel, where we invite you to enjoy our incredible sandwiches and fresh-baked bagels. We hope you love it as much as we do!
